Certification-Transfer Checklist

It’s easy to become ISO certified or transfer to MVC, just follow these steps:
Return Signed & Initialed Contract
Enclose Copy of Existing Certificate
Enclose Current Management Review Meeting Minutes*
Enclose Evidence of Current Internal Audits*
Copy of Current, Approved Quality Manual & Index of Documents
Include Recent “Customer On-site” Audit Reports (past year)
Review Contract & Make Any Corrections for:
1. Complete/Correct Company Name
2. Correct Address
3. Correct “Scope”
4. Original Certification Date
Enclose Check per Schedule “A”

* MVC requires completed Internal Audit Results/Summary and Management Review Meeting Minutes to be submitted annually as a minimum to maintain certification in good standing

Mega Vision Certifications (MVC) announces its exclusive Program™ (Abbreviated Surveillance & Recertification Program) for ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 certification. The reason for developing this program is simple: to save our customers thousands of dollars annually and top manager’s valuable time. Total cost of MVC Program™ is $875.00-$1975.00 per year depending on company size & scope of operations for companies who transfer with an existing certification. We realize in today’s market place, the value of ISO 9001 certification varies from company to company, for some it is a requirement to do business, for the others its value has been minimized as “lower echelon” competitors have become certified. HOW MVC PROGRAM™ WORKS: The MVC Program™ is based on the Advanced Surveillance & Recertification Program™ Customers will be issued certificates good for three years based upon their existing certification and annual review by MVC of their Internal Audit & Management Review Meeting Summaries. No onsite audit is required. MVC will likely visit your facility at least once in the three year certification period. This visit is to confirm implementation of the clients system and is not a time consuming, “non-value added” “audit-to find –fault” exercise. MVC is accredited by the American International Accreditation Organization- Bureau of Accredited Registrars (www.aiao-bar.org) an independent, not-for-profit organization. MVC has certified over 2000 companies in the United States, Canada, Japan, Korea & India. MVC accredited certificates are recognized worldwide.
